You're trusting us with photos of your face. We take that seriously, so here's the whole deal in plain English: your photos are used to create your Chibly and for nothing else. To design your character, they are sent securely to our AI image engine (Google's Gemini API) — that's the one place they go, solely to generate your design, and never to train AI models. They are never sold and never shared beyond that. They live in private storage that only our production system can reach, and they are deleted automatically on the schedule below.
What we keep, and for how long

Delete everything, any time
Email shopchibly@gmail.com from the address on your order and we'll erase your photos, designs, and personal details — usually within a couple of days, always within 30.
Kids' photos
Chiblys of children must be created by a parent or guardian, who confirms consent during the upload step. Everything above applies to kids' photos, with extra care.
