Your approval is the green light. Every Chibly is made to order from the exact character design you approve at checkout. When you place your order, you're authorizing us to produce that design.

Cancel free until production starts. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin preparing your 3D model. After that, because your Chibly is personalized and can't be resold, all sales are final — but if it ever arrives damaged, defective, or not at all, we'll replace it free, no questions asked.

The preview and the print.The colorful on-screen preview is your character's design. The keychain itself is 3D-printed in the single premium finish you choose at checkout (such as Silk Rose Gold or Marble White) — one color, with all the sculpted detail of your design. Figures stand about 60 mm tall; micro-details may vary slightly from the preview.

How it's made. Chibly designs are AI-assisted and human-finished; every figure is individually prepared, professionally 3D-printed, and quality-checked by hand.

Your photos. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that photos of children are uploaded by a parent or guardian. See our privacy promise for how photos are handled and deleted.
