A Chibly is a small, professionally 3D-printed keychain figure of you — designed from two of your photos as a cute, stylized chibi character. Each one stands about 60 mm (2.4 in) tall. You see and approve your character design before anything is printed.

The colorful preview is your character's design — it captures your hair, glasses, outfit, and every sculpted detail from all four angles. The keychain itself is printed in one premium finish you choose from six: Matte Scarlet Red, Matte Sky Blue, Galaxy Nebulae, Silk Gold, Marble White, or Glow in the Dark Yellow. Think of it like a tiny statue — one elegant material, all the detail.

No — that's the best part. You upload photos, customize, and see your finished Chibly design first. You only pay when you love it.

Every Chibly is made to order, just for you. Expect about 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep.

Yes — kids make wonderful Chiblys and adorable gifts. We ask that a parent or guardian uploads the photos and confirms consent. Occasionally our design system is extra-cautious with children's photos; if a design doesn't come through, it never costs you anything.

Your photos are used for one thing: creating your Chibly. They're stored privately and sent only to our secure AI design engine to generate your character — never to train AI, never sold, never shared beyond that. They're automatically deleted: within days if you don't order, and shortly after delivery if you do. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Your approved design is AI-assisted, human-finished: we hand-prepare every 3D model, print it in premium PLA in your chosen finish, quality-check it, and attach the keychain hardware before shipping. Questions any time: shopchibly@gmail.com.

Yes, right up until production starts — cancel for a full refund, or message us and we'll help you re-order with a different finish or address. Once we begin preparing your 3D model, your Chibly is personalized and can't be resold, so from then on all sales are final.

We'll replace it free, no questions asked. Send us your order number and, if you can, a photo of what arrived — we'll get a new one into production right away.

Your confirmation email has a link to your order page, which updates as your Chibly moves from design to printing to shipping. Lost the link? Message us with the email you ordered with and we'll send it again.

On the reveal screen, tap “Something looks off?” and tell us what's not right — we read every one. You can also design again before ordering; you only pay for a Chibly you love.

Each credit is one Chibly design. Your first design is on us, and every order adds five fresh credits to your account, so you can keep making Chiblys of the people you love.
